Impossible to find spring bushings???

Looking for any advise or ideas as to where I may be able to find rear leaf spring bushings for our 1959 A112. I have been looking everywhere for more than a week, and cannot find the size I need. All Harris bushings I have found in parts listings do not match the size removed, even though the listings claim they fit this truck... I have tried to do a general search for bushings of this size, but can't find a match.
The bushings I removed are:
1 9/16" overall length
1 1/4" O.D. (This is also the I.D of the leaf spring eyelets)
1 1/2" O.D. of the "flanged" end
3/4" I.D.(This is also the O.D. of the bolts and frame mounted studs)
I've repeatedly confirmed my measurements. I also contacted St. Louis Spring, who did a great job making the springs, but he too couldn't find a listing.
I'm starting to panic because we are close to reassembly and have no bushings!
I also can't find replacements for the leaf spring bump stops (snubbers), though I think I can find a universal alternate (I hope).
Any help, insight, or ideas would be greatly appreciated. I try not to ask the forum until I have exhausted all options, and I am pretty much there...
