1964 for sale??

No room in my barns so gonna sell this one. I was going to use it for hauling firewood but its just in too good of shape where I would have to drive it in the woods and beat it all up
1964 C31 with dump bed All runs and drives great with 90k miles and I have the original factory line ticket with it. Question for all you is can I get $4000???Or am I too high
The cattle sides fold down on all sides and hangers were made for the ramp sides but I have all them off now
.I haven't advertised it much but just have folks wanna trade me their junk for it It had been repainted about 10 years ago and the original owner used it to haul grain and cattle.

That is a nice looking rig, it will bring what someone is willing to spend. I like old trucks, were I looking for an old truck like that, I think it might bring it.
Give it a try at that price, you can always come down if no one is interested at that price.
These are just my thoughts and opinions

Re: 1964 for sale??

I agree with Lloyd about the price. I also looked up what it might be worth at the SuperScoutSpecialists's website. It suggested a price of $3,000 to $4,000 depending on it's condition. BUT, that doesn't count the hydraulic dump bed you truck has. That should raise the price at least another $1,000 in central Indiana. Other places in the US might be different. It is, a nice piece of history, and still quite usable. In my opinion. Bill

I agree with MR, easily worth $4000. I can not find space for it here in town, sorry.

Thanks Everyone.I am in Ohio near the Indiana Border between Dayton and Richmond Indiana. I haven't tried selling it hard but I will go down to $3000 to make room in my barn

It shows he was last on when he posted in October. My suggestion is to try his e-mail when you highlight his name.
