Front inner fender patches are available at Super Scout Specialists in Springfield, Ohio. They have the hood hinge captive nuts welded to them. A good product, but if you are a sheet metal mech, you could build these yourself.
The front fenders have a 'hidden' bolt. Open the door, look for a rubber plug in the A pillar, remove the plug. Then use a 9" extension on your ratchet to remove that bolt.
Also, remove the small panel at the base of the windshield, one per side. There are two bolts under there.
Also a bolt at the rocker panel, forward end extension.
Three or four bolts at the radiator support.
Buy a Factory Service Manual for your truck model and you will be well informed.
