T419 is what you have. BW build for everyone. In more modern times, the BW T5 is another BW home run.
The input shafts may be different. It is very likely there are many gear ratios.

I'm betting you have a T-19. It should be pretty easy to nail down though. BW transmissions were very common among everyone besides the GM divisions which often used their own designs. IHC had a tendency to call them something other than what BW did. For instance, the T-9 non-synchro in my truck was used by IHC, Ford, Studebaker, and many independents. IHC called it a H-41-B. Why? No idea.

Although aimed at the Jeep guys, Novak Conversions is one of the best online resources for manual transmissions found in light trucks (and Jeeps of course). Maybe this will help:

That is an INTERNATIONAL code which rarly if ever match a manufacturers model number.
Use this link and you'll find a good breakdown of IH codes vs. mfr. numbers for the light line.

It leads to a manual trans. because that is what the code you posted ID's it as.
Either the LST is not for your truck or the trans. was swapped out. Better check the chassis number on the LST against the one on the frame.
