Just wondering if the smilies can be moved to another part of the page as it takes the submit button down the page especially on a mobile phone.

or can they be turned off for an individual user.

I agree. I'm posting this with a Blackberry PRIV.
I tap the clear area next to the dragon and the keyboard goes away making scrolling down faster.

Never tried it but see if this works...
1. Open the User Control Panel
2. Board preferences
3. Edit posting defaults
4. Enable smilies by default: Yes / No check No

State of the forum address:
I am creating a duplicate of the forums on another server where we will be testing to see where our limits are and just how many changes we can make. If all else fails, we will be looking at alternative forum systems.
This simple task will take 4 to 5 hours. I have a family thing tonight, and more than likely I will not be making many/if any changes to look at today.
The easiest way to fix the scrolling that is needed is to reduce the number of Emoticons that are available.
