i am like you in the fact i up date older trucks with modern running gear.

i am one that hates to see older cars and trucks crushed.

but i not not physically able nor do i have the place to stuff.

but i have saved everything that was usable from 8 k/kb 1 tru 5 model trucks before they went to the crusher.

no i have nothing left of spare parts at this time.

but i do know of some sources that have parts for k/kb 1 tru 5 model trucks but these places have veryt limited parts and pieces.

as for k/kb sheet metal good straight parts are exstreemly hard to find.

but if you do as i have which is take you time and look around every were and put out the word your looking and soon are latter you will find what you need.

those center grille pieces are made by Spike Dog.  he makes great stuff.  i got one from him – fantastic.  he also makes door mirror arms that are faithful to the original best i can tell.  send him a pm or an email.  he contributes stuff on some of the threads.  in fact there is one on this k & kb section about grille pieces something or other.

welcome to the site and good luck.
