I’ve also experienced poor quality and incorrect parts, and charged a re stocking fee on returns. Since my latest complaint about a glove box insert that didn’t fit, I haven;t heard from Mr. RJ(Randy Johnson). I’ve since found a correct one at Southland International in Lethbridge Alberta.
My Motto…..”Stay away from RJ”
Outback parts should not be representing themselves as a IHC dealer!!
