Thank you!!!
| Celebrating 10 years of oldihc.org 1998 through 2008.
A big thankyou from the IH community goes out to all of you who frequent this site and help by answering all the questions. You guys know who you are, so I am not going to list names or anything like that. This site would not be anywhere near as good as it is today without your involvement.
2008 will see a lot of changes here on this web site. As soon as I get settled down, I will start testing all new code and some new programs that I have been working on.

Just wanted to update everyone on the Hotel news for Nationals, September 4-7,2008. I was out to the site and checked at the availability of rooms---we have only 30 rooms left for the Nats weekend. If you are going to come to Nats and don't have a room yet go to the link below and check yourself in. The rate is $79.00 a night and includes a wonderful breakfast. If we do not use these rooms by August 20, 2008 they will be resleased to the public. If you have questions you may email me at ckindberg@cinci.rr.com or leave a message here on the site and I will get it. Have a great summer and looking forward to seeing everybody again.
Here is the link for the hotel:

This is an invitation from Chapter #15, of the Minnesota IHC Collectors, asking you to vote for our states bid or application for the 2011 National Red Power Roundup. We have already sent in to the National Club our “Letter of Intent” to bid on the 2011 Roundup.

On the eve of WWII and after, The International D-Series set the pace for a rapidly changing America. Nearly 70 years later, this American legend became the inspiration for the 2008 International LoneStar, the truck that's changing everything. The D-39 inspired one more original, the International DMAXX, a glimpse of yesterday with innovations that kick straight into the 21st Century.
Building the DMAXX
The DMAXX began life as a 1939 International D-Series "half ton" pick-up. It was found at George Mitchell's Nollenberger International Dealership in Toledo, Ohio. In September, 2007 this D-39 was shipped to American Speed Company in Plymouth, Michigan, where it would be totally rebuilt and reborn. DMAXX was completed on January 22nd, 2008.

Happy New Year Everyone!!!
I am writing to let everyone know that the Hampton Inn Hotel in Springfield, has again offered a very reasonable rate --$79.00 a night---for our Nationals show in 2008. This year you may go online to choose your room and make the reservation without calling them. I was able to do the website with them and it is easy and quick to do. However, with this being much easier than picking up the phone I suspect our 80 plus rooms will go rather quickly. All the information is on the web site and without further adu here is the link--

Looking forward to seeing everybody at the upcoming shows and Nationals this year. Safe travels and good luck parts hunting. Any questions email me at ckindberg@cinci.rr.com

Some of us are attempting to develop a rally type of event, the "Traveling Truck Story" thread describes this idea. The map is to be used to find "the run" of the rally or rallies.
A third party map can be reached by the below link (use right click to save this page and open a new tab or window) it will show you the location of the folks from this board that have been there before you.
You can follow the below instructions to put your location on the map and upload a picture of your vehicle.
